A search warrant has revealed that 29-year-old Mario McNeill told investigators he took Shaniya Davis last week from her home in Fayetteville to a hotel in Sanford, North Carolina. McNeill was captured on hotel surveillance cameras holding the little girls in his arms on the elevator.
Police discovered hair and fibers, clothes, and a straw from McNeill’s 1997 Mitsubishi Galant.5-year-old Shaniya Davis’s body was discovered Monday on the side of a road outside of the city. As previously reported Antoinette Nicole Davis, the mother of Shaniya, is facing charges of child prostitution, human trafficking, child abuse and filing a false police report.
According to arrest documents cited by local newspaper, The Fayetville Observer, Davis “knowingly provided Shaniya Davis with the intent that she be held in “sexual servitude” and she “permitted an act of prostitution.”
sick doesnt cover such an evil act, to an innocent child. this guy is a monster, who doesnt belong among civilized society, her mom,and him, terrible, clearly they given their souls to Satan, to do such an horrible thing…if she didnt want the little girl, send her back to her father, instead of seeking to sale her out for sex..she is not fit to wear the type mother, she doesnt know what it means, sad for Shaniya, that she had to endure such a horrible act, at least now, she is in a place, she will feel no more pain. i have no sympathy for those animals, who would subject a child to such treatment…i hope both of the rot in jail, and in hell. may each night be filled with horror schemes of what they done to Shaniya, may her face etched in their heads be a constant reminder of the unjustice acts committed on her, may they never feel what is feels like to sleep in peace…never should they even know if the nightmare will ever go away, while rotting away in a prison, that is so tuff, it will make the most evil shutter in just the thought of being there..day and night, no mercy for them, as they shown none for Shaniya, may the rest of lives be a life of hell on earth..thereafter, may they rest in hell.This was so wrong, so very wrong, mother are to protect, love, and cherish their children, not sale them off for a debt, this EVIL man, and her EVIL deserve no thing short of 100% when it comes to the strong arm of the law, and should be put under extreme hard work in prison, death is too good for them, let them suffer each day of the rest of their lives, with a photo of Shaniya in their cell, should be a part of their life without parole sentences. no punishment could ever equal what was done to this little girl, but at least this will be the beginin of hell for them for the rest of thier lives, as Shaniya is free now, but they dont deserve to be free in anyway,,,the tuffest sentences, under extreme hard labor should be their reality..HORRORible people, deserver horrible justice…
I agree with you. Little Shaniyah did not deserve this at all, no child deserves to endure anything like this. It angers me a lot that this woman did her baby this way and that sick bastard took advantage of a babygirl. I feel no sympathy for him or for shaniyah’s so called mother. She does not deserve the title at all. A mom is to protect and love their children but what in the world was she thinking to sell her daughter to grown men. Why didn’t she sell herself and not the baby. She is such a sick bitch and I hope she’s regretting everything she put her daughter through. If she didn’t want her baby then her father would’ve received her with opened arms. I only feel sympathy for Shaniyah and her father who doesn’t get to see his daughter grow up and who had his daughter tooken away at such a young age and could not be there to defend her. My condolences to Mr. Lockhart and his family. She’s an angel now who I know is next to our heavenly father. R.I.P. Babygirl. Justice will be done in her name.
I have five girls myself my youngest is 9yrs. But when I first heard Shaniyah was missing I prayed for a safe return as I always do when I hear of children missing. And when I heard they found her I was at work and could not help but to cry and said to myself “they can’t hurt you anymore”. So damn heartbreaking and sad. Well she will not be foregotten I have her on my cell phone wall paper. My deepest sympathy to Mr. Lockhart and family. Stay strong she’s depending on us to be!!!!
My prayers go to the family of this beautiful innocent 5yr old.
1. Her mother shouldbe hung for what she allowed to happen to her child.
2. The state should also be accountable for allowing a drug user, unfit mother (animal )to have children in her home.
3. her kidnapper, should also have his private chopped off. castrate the bastard.

this makes me so sick….i am heart broken over this lovely, innocent child….i pray that God will pour out His wrath upon these two evil, devil possessed pieces of trash….
