The Cassie influence continues, but since Raven Symone only shaved a small patch off the side of her head and didn’t pull a full Cassie, does it still count?

    It looks like her hair stylist made a mistake. At least the girls who fully did it took the risk (even though most of them looked horrible I guess I can give them credit for trying). She looks pathetic.
