Keyshia Cole has more than her hit BET series ‘The Way It Is’ to smile about. According to RIAA reports, Cole’s new album “A Different Me” was certified Gold last week.

“A Different Me,” the former “Love” singer’s latest studio album, becomes her third effort to be certified Gold. Led by the single “Playa Cardz Right,” Cole’s  “A Different Me” debuted at no.2 on the Billboard 200 in December of 2008. Moving 322,000 copies in its first week, Cole’s effort has since, continued to perform well on the R&B/Hip Albums chart. Speaking shortly before the release of “A Different Me,” Cole said “It’s time to lighten up and have a good time for this album.

“A Different Me” features guest appearances from the late Tupac Shakur, Monica and Nas.

T.I. gave one last unforgettable performance at his Club, club Crucial in Atlanta on Friday night during a brief break in his Farewell Tour. The club was jammed packed full of people that came to show their love. T.I. talked to the crowd to let everyone know “no matter how much people might hate on him he will always keep his head up cause he’s the King B-Tch” … And he wouldn’t say it if he didn’t mean it”

 Next thing I know Tip was talking about how people need to forgive and let things go don’t hold on to anything, and then Shawty Lo walked out on to the stage and extended his hand to the rapper. Both men embraced and shook hands as the audience was like what the hell…
