In what is the alternative cover of the March issue of Vibe Magazine, singer Keyshia Cole and her mother Frankie Lons cover the annual Style Issue. Keyshia was interviewed in Los Angeles where she discussed the changes in her life  from her style and attitude to her new teeth  and why she is working on becoming a better person.

Keyshia on Fashion —– She is “getting turned off by the names, the print [logos] and all that” comes with designer fashion. She says, “I got money now. I don’t have to prove to anybody that I have money by wearing a handbag.”

Frankie on Fashion—-  “I love Payless, the ghetto mall, and the flea market. Payless got the same thing as Louis Vuitton, except Louis Vuitton is a bigger name…”

Word on the street is they are trying to X my favorite television sitcom “The Game”

 A very reliable source who has appeared in numerous episodes on the show revealed that the CW network may be in the process of axing its entire comedy division.  And that means “The Game” and “Everybody Hates Chris” are on the chopping block.  Here’s the e-mail we received:

The Game’s last shooting day is Tuesday [2/3]. Buzz around the set is that they don’t know if they are coming back. I am hearing rumors about CW cutting the comedy division, so they wrapped that storyline if they don’t come back. CW cut their budget so there are no wrap parties for their shows this year. Link

R&B veteran Charlie Wilson is back and ready to give all with “Uncle Charlie,” the follow up to “Charlie, Last Name Wilson”.”I’m always going to give music all the energy I’ve got,” says Wilson.

Wilson, often recognized as the frontman of the Gap Band, is coming out swinging with his second Jive Records album featuring the single “There Goes My Baby”. Written by Kenneth Babyface Edmonds and Calvin Richardson, “There Goes My Baby,” the album’s lead single, is already a top 10 hit.
